Included in this commitment is our policy of supporting our products for as long as possible. Alpha Technologies conducts quarterly reviews of our product portfolio and periodically determines that a product will no longer be promoted. When this occurs, we will inform you of products, spare parts and repair services that will be discontinued.
We will define the level of support and timeframes for discontinuation of these products in advance, and will communicate them in Product Obsolescence Announcements.
