Alpha Technologies’ disperGRADER Dispersion Tester is the industry standard in predicting product performance based on the quality of the rubber mix. The technology is based on the original optical device developed in Sweden that measures the shadows of agglomerates. They are designed for a variety of mixed and cured rubber compounds that contain carbon black.

When you purchase the disperGRADER® dispersion tester from Alpha Technologies as part of your full line of laboratory instruments along with a service contract, you can be sure that your rubber dispersion tests are in line with the rest of your rubber testing data.  You can trust that the results are accurate, repeatable and reproducible.

The disperGRADER®  has five image scales for quantifying dispersion in a split screen as well as software and image analysis is to determine the size and number of agglomerates.
