Description
Enterprise Pathfinder substantially improves operator ease of use with customer-driven innovations that assist everyone in the laboratory and everyone who uses the information derived from the testing program. Pathfinder’s design separates software functionality into two distinct applications that are each accessed by a local or network user interface.
Enterprise Pathfinder is the simplest Enterprise product. Pathfinder is a single instrument software solution installed on a PC workstation. It consists of the Workbench application, the data acquisition portion of the software. Workbench is supplied with an instrument driver specific to the connected test instrument.
Workbench’s standard user interface provides a common look and feel for different types of instruments, permitting easy operator training and ease of use. The totally flexible viewing screen capabilities of Workbench enable the visual display to be tailored for specific production requirements.
Pass/fail control can be tailored with various trend-warning levels. Simple operation allows the local software to be operated by non-specialists, making factory floor operation simple. Highly visible pass/fail messages are displayed, ensuring the operator can see the result from a distance.
Pathfinder Plus also features Online Manager, a Web-based application which is the core of the system. With Online Manager, tests can be configured, specifications developed, business rules constructed, reports defined and alarms created that will alert management to product deviations. Pathfinder uses a SQL database based on our open data table design.
