Maisy

Maisy software collects and processes mixer production data including temperature, pressure, energy and ram position. Data may be automatically collected from different mixer lines. The results are displayed graphically in real time and may be sent to a printer, stored on hard disk and recalled for analysis. Maisy programs interface with the test procedures and limits programs of Compound and Daisy, and allow comparisons with laboratory test results.

Laboratory technicians and production engineers will be able to:

• Collect parameter data directly from mixing and processing equipment with on-line trend detection
• Display the collected parameter curves graphically on-line and store them in the database for later reference
• Retrieve the stored process results and graphs for analysis and comparison with test results from Daisy
• Retrieve mixing recipe, mixing instructions and full control plan and download them to a computer controlling the mixing process
• Run on any Windows-based operating system: Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT4/Windows 2000
