Description
The MDR 2000 Moving Die Rheometer is a curemeter designed to test mixed rubber, and the most successful rotorless curemeter in the world today. Capable of measuring rubber compound cure under isothermal test conditions with constant strain and frequency.
Applications:
- Natural Rubber
- Synthetic Rubber
- Silicone Rubber
Test Capabilities
- Temperature: Ambient to 200 C
- Oscillation Frequency: 1.667 Hz
- Strain: : 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 or 3.0 degrees (2.8%, 7%, 14% or 42%)
- Tests: Measures cure properties under isothermal test conditions at constant strain and frequency. Output dynamic properties during cure: S” and Tanδ
Options
- Automation
- Pressure Measurement
- Enterprise or Eclipse software for handling historical data
- Low Viscosity torque transducer
- Constant volume sample cutter
