Features
- Digital temperature controllers
- Stiffened linkages
- Measure isothermal cure properties and blowing reactions
Description
Moving Die Rheometer designed to test mixed rubber. The most successful rotorless curemeter in the world today with the addition of pressure measurement. Capable of measuring rubber compound cure and blowing reactions used to make foams.
Applications:
- Natural Rubber
- Synthetic Rubber
- Silicone Rubber
Test Capabilities
- Temperature: Ambient to 200°C
- Oscillation Frequency: 1.667 Hz
- Strain: : 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 or 3.0 degrees (2.8%, 7%, 14% or 42%)
- Tests: Measures cure properties under isothermal test conditions with constant strain and frequency.
- Output dynamic properties during cure: S” and Tanδ
Options
- Automation
- Enterprise or Eclipse software for handling historical data
- Low Viscosity torque transducer for soft foams
- Constant volume sample cutter
Standards:
- ASTM D5289
