The Tech Pro tensiTECH III, multiple station universal tester
has all of the same great features as the tensiTECH but comes
standard with three testing stations for quicker, easier testing.
With load capacities ranging from 5 lbs to 2000 lbs and speed
ranging from .2 ipm to over 60 IPM, the tensiTECH III is able
to meet the testing requirements for the busiest rubber laboratories.
The design
of the the tensiTECH III is intentionally kept simple to allow
for easy testing and reduced maintenance. By utilizing industry
standard components, initial cost, as well as repair cost is kept
to a minimum. The tensiTECH III is completely controlled from
a PC and is able to run in both tension and compression, without
changing load cells.
The tensiTECH
III comes standard with the tensiDATA software, which is the control
center for the system. Standard tests for most rubber applications
are already set up in the system, and new customized tests can
be easily created. Tech Pro offers a wide variety of sample grips
to ensure that the tensiTECH is outfitted for your specific purpose.
Up to ten results may be collected per test and stress results
may be calculated in PSI, Mpa, Newtons or Kgf. Strain measurements
may be in time, % elongation, or distance.
