Tech Pro's state of the art viscTECH+, shearing disk viscometer is designed to meet the requirements of full time quality control and development testing. Single button operation for platen control and a safety shield allow for quick, easy and safe operation. The viscTECH+ comes standard with the compuGRAPH for Windows, data acquisition system and proMERGE for Windows, custom database, allowing the user to acquire, store, and analyze an unlimited amount of data points per test.

The modular design of the upper and lower cabinets allows easy access for maintenance. The offset positioning of the motor provides immediate access to the central shaft for easy cleaning and maintenance. Computer control of the calibration weight allows for fully automatic calibration of the instrument. The electrical control cabinet is the control center of the viscTECH+. 90% of the electronic components are contained in this unit for ease of troubleshooting and repair. The unit itself is easily removed for service or exchange. The viscTECH+ meets ASTM D1646, ISO R289, BS167 and European Community requirements.
