Alpha Technologies Launches Rheology Education Suite

Hudson, OH, July 9, 2024 — Alpha Technologies, a leader in the rubber and polymer testing industries, is proud to announce the launch of The Customer Resource Hub by Alpha Technologies, a database of proprietary resources.

The Customer Resource Hub has three primary components:
• A comprehensive database of user-friendly instructional videos on both simple and complex
instrument functions.
• A secure portal for downloading software and firmware updates directly from a browser.
• A growing library of in-depth educational courses.

The Alpha Customer Resource Hub was designed to streamline operations for clients by giving instant access to resources and support.

The other primary purpose of the Alpha Customer Resource Hub is education, via a robust library of courses. Developed by rheological scientists and engineers, the course library is built on Alpha’s sixty years of experience in rubber testing.

“Our goal with the course library is to empower our customers to extract the maximum possible value from their investment by understanding the many diverse applications of their Alpha instruments,” said Friery. “We want to teach our customers to go beyond standardized testing and leverage their instruments to solve complex challenges and uncover data that will allow them to maintain a competitive edge in a fast-paced market.” 

An introduction to rheology is already available. Courses on instrument maintenance best practices and enterprise software use are currently in development.
