Why Upgrade?
Upgrading from the Series 2000 to the Premier line means embracing modern technology that offers greater accuracy, thanks to modern electronics and control systems. The Premier instruments are also easier to use and calibrate, with a more intuitive interface. Plus, they are smaller and lighter, saving valuable lab space and making them more convenient to handle.
Planning for the Future
As the Series 2000 approaches the final stages of its life cycle, it’s crucial to plan ahead. By the end of 2027, spare parts for the Series 2000 instruments will become limited as the product enters phase 3 of the life cycle management plan. While our best efforts will be made to support repairs and calibrations, the availability of parts cannot be guaranteed.
By the end of 2030, the Series 2000 will transition to phase 4, marking the end of its service life. At this point, spare parts are expected to be no longer available, and Alpha will be unable to guarantee service or calibration for these instruments.
Upgrading to the Premier line ensures your lab stays operational with the latest technology, backed by ongoing support and service. Transitioning now prepares your lab for future demands, minimizing downtime and ensuring continued excellence in testing.
